Who is Susan Stynes?  At first glance you might notice that she’s a top producing Real Estate Professional in the Midlothian area.  What you might not know about Susan is her passion for Real Estate, her entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic, her dedication in her role of Realtor, wife and mother.

Susan isn’t content being a Sales and Listing Leader in her Village of Midlothian office or holding designations such as GRI -Graduate Real Estate Institute  which only 10% of Realtors hold nationwide.  Susan’s vision is to innovate the field of Real Estate with changes that are necessary for providing exceedingly better customer service to her clients, a higher level of  education for all Realtors and utilizing tech-savvy techniques for running her successful Real Estate business.   Her involvement as a member of the Legislative Committee through Richmond Association of Realtors has been an asset in voicing her opinions on key issues.

One of Susan’s goals is to  bridge the gap between traditional, old-school methods in Real Estate and the “next generation” of skills necessary to fulfil the changing needs of buyers and sellers  in the new paradigm confronting the Real Estate  industry. Her experiences as a Registered Nurse prior to her Real Estate endeavors taught her how important it is to care about others.  For her, it’s not just about the bottom line.  She genuinely cares.

Susan  makes her home just outside of Midlothian VA where she resides with her husband, sons and her  beloved Jack Russell.  She has a passion for cooking and food.  Stay tuned for her Midlothian/Richmond restaurant review page and some of her favorite recipes to make at home!
